Sigma Technologies Welcomes Jim Jaros as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Jaros as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer. Jim brings more than 30 years of executive experience leading corporate finance, legal strategy, governance, and risk management—and joins Sigma at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth.

Jim is a dual-credentialed CPA and Attorney, and most recently served a 25-year tenure as CFO/CLO of a global engineering and architecture firm, where he played a central role in long-term organizational growth and financial strength. That background—combining deep financial acumen with legal and compliance leadership—is exactly what this role calls for.

In his new position, Jim will provide executive oversight across Sigma’s financial and legal functions, with focused leadership in contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
